As a a self-confessed food lover who’s fascinated by nutritional science, I’m passionate about the power of food to help heal and re-balance the body. I’m dedicated to helping clients overcome challenges to their health and get back to feeling their best. I specialise in digestive issues, hormonal health and autoimmune conditions. However, I also offer support for all manner of health concerns, weight-loss and general well being.
