"I would highly recommend Hannah Braye as a Nutritionist. I found Hannah an extremely approachable practitioner and feel her strengths lie in her person centred approach. She really listened in the consultation and not only understood and asked the right questions to find out more about my issues with my health but also really understood my lifestyle and personality. This understanding came through in the excellent nutrition plan she devised for me, which was not only well explained but felt manageable and achievable. I had been struggling with PMT symptoms for a number of years and following Hannah's advise meant I immediately felt the benefits, with my mood stabilising and energy increasing. I also lost weight I had struggled to lose for years without this being my main goal and I feel stronger and healthier in the process".
"I've had eczema from since I can remember. Often on my hands, arms, legs, neck and face, flaring up when stressed, the temperature changed and at other random times. My eczema didn't go away, just migrated to different places. Doctors had always given me creams to treat the symptoms, but never gave much information about what the causes could be. When I turned 30 I decided to do something about it and looked for the best route. I was also suffering from digestion issues that were uncomfortable and energy sapping. I found Hannah. She was reassuring and very knowledgeable and made me feel more understood and hopeful than any GP had done before. I had some tests done through Hannah and then followed the plan she gave me to the T. I checked back in with her along the way and adjustments were made. I'm pleased to say that I now have no eczema on my face, none on my neck, none on my arms, none on my legs. I get the odd bit on my hands, the tiniest patch, and then my skin heals itself in a way that it never had done before. Its like I have new skin. My stomach is sorted too. One of the biggest positives from seeing Hannah is feeling that it was an active process and that I have learned from it things that I will carry through for the rest of my life. Thank you Hannah Braye. I would recommend you to anyone".
"Hannah’s nutritional advice has changed my life. She supported me step-by-step through a gut-healing process, tailoring her advice to my auto-immune related medical condition. As result I have a very happy gut now, bags of energy and a diet that I love. She really knows the science behind the way that nutrition affects mind and body, makes sure her advice is based on the best research evidence, and makes it all clear and easy to follow. Then she gives you lots of wonderful cooking tips, and supports you every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough".
